FREEMAN and OLLIE STEPHENSON.  She was born Abt. Apr 18, 1893, and died Aug 16, 1999 in Sulphur  Springs, Hopkins, Texas.

Notes for ALLEN KEITH STUBBS:

Funeral services for Allen Keith Stubbs, 92, of Sulphur Springs were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday December 24, at Wesley United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Davis officiating.

Burial followed in South Liberty Cemetery with Marvin Stubbs, Billy Crowson, Raymond McCraig and Billy Wayne Orr serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers were the Harvey Class of Wesley United Methodist Church.

Mr. Stubbs died at 12:55 p.m. on Monday Dec. 22 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital.

He was born on Dec. 22, 1911, in South Liberty, to Reuben and Minerva Angelina Morgan Stubbs.  He married Orene E. Freeman on Nov. 21, 1936, in Sulphur Springs.  She preceded him in death.

Mr. Stubbs was a truck farmer and cattle rancher.  He was also a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter Betty Warren and Husband mark of the South Liberty Community;daughter-in-law Pat Stubbs of Sulphur Springs, six grandchildren Kelly Stubbs, Kristen Langford, Mark Allen Warren, Stephen Andrew Warren, Lisa Hanna, and Teresa Myrick; and nine great-grandchildren, Sandy Stubbs, Shane Stubbs, Health Stubbs, Jaden Stubbs, Logan Langford, Landon Langford, Kylie Warren, Heath Hanna and Brandon Myrick.

Mr. Stubbs was preceded in death by one son, Michael Stubbs in October 2003, four brothers, John, Jabe, Harrison, and Buford Stubbs; three sisters, Emma Harper, Beulah Goolsby, and Jaime Lee Fitzgerald.

Notes for LILLIAN INEZ DOUGLAS:

She had black hair and hazel eyes.  She completed High School, which wasn't common at this time period.  She was responsible for a lot of the family gatherings.  Most were held at her house.

She was a registered nurse and did a lot of sewing when she could no longer work as a nurse.  She shares her birthday with her father.  She is buried at Restlawn Cemetery next to her husband.  She was buried on December 12, 1994 at 2:00 pm.
